Bhartiya Jan Kalyan Trust – Raebareli is a non-profit charitable organization. We deeply value the support of our donors and well-wishers. To maintain transparency and trust, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made to Bhartiya Jan Kalyan Trust through online, bank transfer, UPI, or in-kind are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except in rare circumstances outlined below.
2. Exceptional Cases for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
Duplicate or accidental transaction
Incorrect amount transferred due to technical error
Fraudulent transaction detected by the donor or Trust
Donation made in error with written request from the donor within 7 days of the transaction
All such cases must be reported via email to bjkt09.2022@gmail.com with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshot, donor name, and account details).
3. Refund Processing Time
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment. The Trust is not responsible for any bank or gateway processing delays.
4. Event or Program Cancellation
If an event or initiative sponsored by a donor is canceled or postponed, the donation amount will be used for a similar cause or program unless specifically requested otherwise.
