Among the young dwindling minds of India, the presence of senior citizens is usually taken for granted. There innocent minds and fragile hearts, are for some reason deemed to be a burden and thus they find themselves in the company of several other senior citizens in an Old Age Home. We at Bhartiya Jan Kalyan Trust believe in spreading smiles and gifting memories as souvenirs for a lifetime, through our programmes and initiatives. Through our programmes with senior citizens we not only interact and befriend them, but also ensure that they are content at heart and are enjoying their time with us. We conduct sessions with them every year which include fun-filled experiences like games, musical and dance event, picnics, etc – that give them an opportunity to enjoy life more.
